If that were true how come we don't see an increase of ghost sighting around wind farms?

What makes you think the type of fan used in wind farms produces infrasound?  Besides, the fan in the article was inside.  Sound made by that fan was directed by the walls of the lab.  Sound from a wind turbine is going to be produced in all directions.  It is not directed at one location.
