I thought this has been known since last E3 when MiiVerse was first showcased?
Nintendo always said it would roll out to the internet and mobile platforms during the first year. I think its pretty cool as I like MiiVerse and can't wait to see how its implemented on the more open PC/Phone/Tablet platforms.
