Pre-Show-Survey at GDC 2013: Which platforms are developers developing games for?

The survey isn't messed up. It shows western stuff getting more support than Japanese which is why you see Microsoft consoles > Sony consoles and why you see Vita > 3DS. 3DS has INCREDIBLE Japanese support, it is western support that is lacking, and that is showing in the sales.
