Wii U isn't selling poorly because of EA though. It will be much harder to get rid of Nintendo compared to Sega. This is because:
- Nintendo isn't in a financial crisis
- Wii U isn't the successor to a failed system
- EA isn't as big as before
- Nintendo's franchises are much bigger than Sega's
- Nintendo has the 3DS to back them up if Wii U fails
So, I don't think it will work even if EA completely ignores Wii U the whole Gen.
