Thats fair enough, i can see your point, and theres no question about it that DmC is easier than DMC4, however, for me the combat is better in DmC, DMC4 was a bit on the slow and cumbersome side for me (wheras DmC is fast and fluid like DMC 1/3) on top of that, is there not going to be a patch for DmC to improve the difficulty of the game? and of course bloody palace will be implemented.
All i'm saying is, to completely dismiss this game would be a travesty.

DMC4's problem in combat was that it had a weak weapon set to go with a great idea, the style system in 3 was genius and being able to switch them on the fly in 4 was the right step, the failure was the weapon set because DMC3 had a weapon set that fully complimented it's concept while 4 didn't. DMC Reboot imo is the second best DMC game after DMC3 but MGR's gameplay is imo superior as it's like PG came up with their version of Ninja Gaiden gameplay wise.

Both great games, i can see how it would be tough to decide which is the better game, and i can appreciate that some see one as better than the other.
The parrying in MGR is cool an all, but i just personally felt that the combat was not quite as fluid as DmC for me.
Bottom line____________ is that BOTH games should be played by any hack 'n' slash fan out there.
Ninja Gaiden 2 & Bayonetta still reign supreme for me this gen though.
