Open World/Sandbox= Shenmue.
RPG= Shenmue.
Action/Adventure= Shenmue.
3D Fighting= Shenmue/Virtua Fighter.
Platformer= Mario & Sonic. (more so Mario, but Sonic with his blistering speed and loop the loops is a legend too)
2D fighting= Street Fighter II.
Survival Horror= Resident Evil 2.
FPS= Doom.
TPS= Gears.
Racing= Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 (ps2)
Hack 'n' Slash= Devil May Cry/Onimusha 2.
Sports= Virtua Tennis.
Puzzle= Tetris.
That is all........ not in to RTS.
