I've always believed people that aren't any good at playing on the Wii are less coordinated or lazy... This article sums it up...

"enhances spatial attention and eye-hand coordination"

A stereotype with gamers is they are less coordinated and less athletic in real life. (Not all gamers but most). This is a reason more core gamers should embrace the Wii and not dismiss it.

Now only if the Wii U can release games with such appeal.

lol so you believe there is some correlation between how fit someone is and the video games they play?

Not neccesarily how fit but how coordinated they are... obviously that dones't hold true for everyone. I just know some people that are a bit heavier and not so athletic and say the Wii sucks because the controller doesn't do what they want it to. I just relate that to being uncoordinated because it seems to work fine for me. Or people just don't want to take the time to learn the new controls (lazy).
