Are you joking no? Rising have some minor stealth element that you never needs do use.

No, you're the one joking! You are encouraged to use stealth in your advantage every time you can. Your codec buddies even congratulate you for doing so.

By the same logic, you don't need to use stealth at all in Peace Walker, don't you? Just tommy-guy'd your way toward the end of every mission.
