Such quick revel to release does not happen in the GTverse.

There are holding a lot of things in GT5... things already developed for a possible Spec 3.0... tracks, cars, options, etc.

And there is 2 games per generation using the same Engine... so GT5 and GT6... the GT6 uses the same engine than GT5... so fast decelopment.

Makes sense, though they could view Prologue as a game. Together GT5 and 5p sold 15 million they milked it plenty.
Sure for GT6 sales relaseing on PS3 makes sense, but it makes no sense for the PS4.  Its illogical to release your biggest franchise on you old console when you are dropping new hardware on the market.

A 2/3 year wait for GT on PS4 will hurt the console.
