By now, 4k-streaming is nonsense - it will not be realtime and will take a long time before you can watch or the quality will be crap. It will be available sometime but
1. 4k will most probably have less acceptance as standard-hd as it is of real use with big tv-sizes which many don't have room for
2. it will go hand-in-hand with h.265 but this is quite a new standard and currently used hardware have no support for it. TVs don't, Settop-boxes don't have it, consoles (by now) don't have it. Generally streaming-clients have no support by it by now. With consoles you can at least try to make it decode via software but other streaming clients have very few power ressources as they off-load the stream to a dedicated asic which is not upgraidable.
