How Sony could screw up the PS4 Launch

I'm not sure about release year, and actually I don't think 2014 would be a bad one, as long as they release PS4 in Japan in time for Golden Week and in mid-Autumn in the rest of the world, but Sony shouldn't screw up the other points.
