That sounds like a pretty decent idea. I just think it is time to rid used game sales. Obviously there is other things that needs to be fixed but either every game needs an online pass fee or used games need to disapear. Or at least games that hasnt been out long.

As a gamer, I choose the "make better games" option.

Here is the problem with that. A lot of games that are not considered good are games that kids would like. For example kinect games. We dont like them but why should kids be out of the equation just because we dont consider them good.
