There is no guarantee that no used games means Games will not be $60
Sure some PC games are $50 when their Console counterpart are $60. But not all.
Let me be clear, I don't personally care if the PS4 blocked used games. I will still buy it. But don't think for even a second that blocking used games will somehow benefit the consumer in anyway. If going Digital when buying a game meant a $10 discount then it would benefit the consumer and developer/publisher
