I fail to see your point considering they went from ~22m GCN to ~100m Wii.

I meant they lost the gamers the same way they lost the 3rd parties, that is to say in the second half of the gen (at first they had the 3rd parties on board). But true, it's only gonna be apparent in the next-gen.
