Most of these developers have gone out of business because they bite off more than they can chew (development and cost wise) or no one wants their games. It's not usually because some people buy the used titles instead of the new titles.
Anyhow, I could care less if they block used games. 1.) I'm not going to buy either of these consoles and 2.) I never buy used games anyway. (I only sell my games to get the new ones.
