what you just said has absolutely nothing to do with PSN. PSN is account bound and any PSN game is playable on mutiple machines if the machine is capable of running it.

That was brought to my attention already... I guess its all about the cell and not the network. But hopefully there will be a way not to double charge users for content they already have on PS3.

I agree, but I'm not sure how it'll work. The service likely won't be launched for another year or so, and there's plenty of time for it to develop.
