I wouldn't say so i was just watching an episode of IW on gametrailers and they were saying how when the ps3 launched sony's arrogance was legendary in terms of how they hadled the games and developers. Considering how difficult it was to develop for early on I can believe that. I' sure it's always sonys intentions just liek intendos and microsofts to focus on devs and core gamers heavily but things change.
