yes a pc is more expensive but i can use it for other stuff as well which means i have no problem to pay more for a pc as for a console. it would be a bad joke if a console would cost as much as a pc with same capabilities in gaming. and i seriously know no one who doesn't use his gaming pc for other stuff as well.
then we should build a gaming pc on the day of ps4 release and not 9 months earlier. why should i compare today's pc price with a future price of something else? sure, prices won't change too much but they will change.
if we just talk about the games available on a console and pc, i have to pay less for the game on pc. if i buy 20 multi-plat games on pc instead of console in the next 5 years, i have already spent minimum 300 euro less because of the lower price. not to talk about some totally different genres which are just better on pc.
but what i don't really understand, console gamers complain so much about pc guys comparing pc with console but they do that as well all the time if they think their console looks good in the comparison^^
everyone just has to agree that pc+console is the best
