3rd Gen - Master System - my first console and Sonic in 8 bit glory. Fave Game - Sonic 2

4th Gen - Mega Drive, Game Gear & Game Boy - Sonic's golden era and what hooked me onto gaming. Plus the two awesome handhelds. Fave Game - Sonic 2

5th Gen - Playstation & Gameboy Colour - Loved my Playstation, but always regretted missing out on the N64. But the games were too expensive (some were 3 times as much!!) Fave Game - Syphon Filter/Final Fantasy 9

6th Gen - Gamecube, Xbox, GBA, GBA SP - Gamecube was my first launch day console. My favourite console ever as well, pure perfection. It also had the best game ever made and my 1st Zelda, The Wind Waker! Xbox was good, although I though Halo was way too over-rated. PS2 never interested me, my least favourite console. GBA was awesome too, great games. Fave Game - LoZ: Wind Waker

7th Gen - Wii, Xbox 360 & DS - Got the Wii for all the Nintendo games, 360 came along a while later so I could play all the 3rd party games (COD, Mass Effect). 360 also gave me Mass Effect trilogy. Never got fully into the DS though, not sure why. Fave Game - Mass Effect 1-3/SSBB

8th Gen - WiiU & 3DS - Got the WiiU again for all the Nintendo titles (Pikmin 3), great console so far. 3DS was bought once Luigi's Mansion 2 was annouced. Glad I did as the 3DS has the latest gens best title so far. For my 2nd console, it is swinging towards the PS4, as I don't won't a console with built in Kinect or have netflix & lovefilm as its primary purpose. Fave Game - Kid Icarus:Uprising
