2. NES - Fall in love with gaming
3. SNES and Genesis - Head over heels
4. Saturn, PSone and N64 - Nearly fall out with gaming
5. Dreamcast, PStwo and Gamecube - Fall back in love with gaming
6. PSthree and Wii - Love affair continues, but concerns are surfacing about the future

The biggest change for me personally is going from childhood where money was scarce and games were expensive to present day with disposable income and games are dirt cheap. Of course free time is at premium now unlike back then. Younger me would be baffled by my current "backlog" issues.
