Question for Nintendo 3DS XL owners

I never use the 3D, my eyes get tired of the 3D easily , unless its shutter based 3D.

That happened to me with the standard 3DS too. The XL 3D effect is much less tiresome for the eyes. I use it 80% of the time at 3/4 or full, depending on the game.
