They should control this somehow. I always said > Enable complete data control and build it into the NextGen consoles and Gamepads.If someone wants to play those games he has to register and the data is compared to your socialcard or so aka no one can fake that shit. If the gamepad is getting handed over to someone who isn't old enough it freezes so adults can't give the pad over to them. They still can watch but they probably lose the complete interest for doing that.They rather want something they can play and then even the hardest 5 year old CoD hero will play uncool games like NiNoKuni.At least he plays something he will think.

Also, I completely disagree with you, that's a pretty ridiculous idea. Parents can ignore the PEGI rating if they want to, it's their children. I've been playing 15/18 games as far back as I remember, my childhood wouldn't be the same without them.
