Depends on where you look. At first sight, definitely no. But if you look more closely, you begin to see quite significant differences: more details, better lighting, improved draw distances, more stuff on the screen, more dynamic environments... And maybe we can finally have some AI improvements as well. Oh, and we'll definitely see more open-world games because they'll be much easier to make with more powerful hardware. I'd say the difference isn't something you see at first sight but something you learn to see in time and something you experience along the road.
