bold: Great point. Didn't thing about that. No way you can properly trademark that U. Dang :(
I'm not sure if Wii 2 would do it. The wii sounded new. I understand it has a lot marketing power left, but still it's not helping the Wii U at this moment.
Nintendo U is better. The Nintendo U is so obvious, and the nintendo part be left silent for most people.
