This doesn't seem like it should be AC IV as the leaked photos seem to suggest. If it is set in those small cities, then it just won't be the same as AC and will have the same problems as III had, much of which was down to the uninteresting towns
I am okay with a spin off, but for AC IV they need something bigger, like London!
