Prob most evil cause he wanted to destroy the entire universe (unless I got the story wrong been a few years since I played TTYD).  Lord Crump might be my favorite.  Not really sure...  Was Dimentio the true evil one in TTYD?  Apparently, I need to replay the game.

He turned out to be a hero though
