If you would have actually read the Kotaku article you might have sounded a bit more intelligent, Turkish.
Microsoft says it has nothing to do with the FBI, in fact, while Microsoft did send a rep down with a PI, they actually worked with the guy to identify security issues. Microsoft denied any involvement. More than likely it was either Epic that did, a company he hacked, infiltrated, and obtained data from or Blizzard, a company he tried to hack into with very limited success.
