If they can keep it at a solid 30fps it's fine, if you get 60 fps on a pc game on average it will have some low points of about 30 fps aswell. Here's an example, notice how most cards get 50fsp-60fps on average but at some points it runs at unplayable low framerates:
Besides i'd rather have 1080p@30 fps and more detail/effects than 1080@60 fps and less detail.
