All machines with mechanical parts are bound to fail at some point. Some American cars are really, really good, and some are not. Japanese cars have their fair share of bad eggs too. I drive a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant which is Japanese and I love it, but I love many American cars too. The Xbox is not a subpar product it's just the Japanese have different tastes in games than we do. Nintendo and Sony appeal more to their tastes. The Xbox 360 hardware was actually designed by a Japanese group from Osaka!!! So if you're going to blame someone for a subpar product blame the Japanese.

You could just dismiss any Poll Sampling as just bing bias so that doesn't progress this conversation much. I like PS3 controller better, you like 360's. That right there is a sample size of two which is 50/50 meaning not everyone agrees on that matter so lets just leave it at that.
