I think wiiu is going to sell just fine, it's just not going to sell as well as wii. People may have forgotten but the wii was the "it" item to have it caught fire and everyone was buying them. It doesn't take much analysis to realize that didn't happen this time. Grandparents aren't going crazy for it, it just isn't on their radar.
So reality for the wiiu is it will sell well, Nintendo will make good money on software and in another five years they will release something new. It's not doa it just not the "it" thing to have.
