Have nintendo really lost the casuals?

What team would be making WiiU Sports? I'm pretty sure the Nintendo Land team is making it if its under development. The Mario Party team is busy with WiiU Party and, ofcource, the Wii Fit team is making Wii Fit U. So if the Nintendo Land team is making WiiU sports then they will be about 8 months into development. So there's no way it will land this year if they spend 18 months on a game like that and make sure it's a super high quality, polished product. Lets hope it wont take too long for it to arrive.
