Top pic has completely different illumination and is zoomed way more out from the textures, the closeness and ligthing messes with depth of field and the angle is also quite different, look at the chain to the left.
These cannot be properly compared since they show the same area and character model under widely different settings and conditions.
PS: OP, are you suggesting with this that Unreal Engine 4 will look better on the PS4 than on the PC?
