11. Ponyo, 2008, Hayao Miyazaki
Technically the most impressive hand animated feature I have ever seen. It's often hard to believe your eyes with all the moving elements on screen. The storm chase sequence above is one of my favorite scenes, simply incredible.
The story is losely based on the little mermaid, with a magical spin on it only Miyazaki can do. It's my 3 1/2 year old's favorite. After 15 times (at least) the only thing he says at the end of the movie is 'again, I want to see it again'.
