I don't think Microsoft is worried. They're planning on making a much broader-appealing console that focuses on more than video games (to a larger degree than Sony is doing). If anything, I think they see the PS4 as slightly less threatening after Sony's reveal. I have no way of knowing, of course, so we'll have to wait and see what MS does.
