I believe OoT artsyle is more similar to the Zelda original artwork, plus I find enemie designs more hideous. For example the Lizalfos or the Skelletons.

Also, OoT/MM is darker in the artwork than anything in Twilight Princess. Ganon's Castle is very very dark to me.
