I own a Wii U.  I hope it does great.....but this thread is about graphics and so was my post.

I love VGChartz...if I say something negative about any system I must be a fanboy of the other system(s).

I only skimmed the posts as I guessed they were all about how exciting the graphics were.

I just don't know how people can get so excited over a new system that has slightly better graphics than the last one.

I think the days have gone where you can get genuinly excited over some incredible advance in gaming and now it's about trying to get gaming fans ina  frenzy about tiny baby step advances in technology.

I can't get excited about graphics, for me it's about the gameplay.

PS3 to PS4 is a bigger jump than PS2 to PS3 so I'm not sure what you're talking about...

Well I'd put more faith in what people coding for the console are saying instead of what you are saying.

Which developers incidentally?  I trust my own eyes. Even if the jump in processing power is theoretically larger, from an image quality perspective the change is just not as great.
