Given how remote play works, you should be able to do it from any internet connection. So feel free to take a Vita to a Starbucks and rock some Killzone Shadow Fall. Heck, with the standby mode you can probably access the PS4 and play a game even if that game is still running. No need to boot it up again, just get access to the OS, select your suspended game and blow up some Helghast.

but i was thinking how the data run when streaming a game is it like streaming a video? if so my mobile plan 10gb limited data might used out by just playing on the go for maybe a few days... lol...

Hmm...I'm not really sure how much data that would eat up. It should be more demanding of the interent you are using the Vita on I'd think. Just use a free wifi connection if you can. Monitor your home internet data usage to see the effect. But there are always just Vita games themeselves. If streaming your game is too much data, you can still take advantage of using the PS4 system features on the go...with the occasional game indulgence.
