I don't mean to be a bitch, but that part is FMV, it transitions as he blacks out after the explosion, the image quality actually changes if you pay attention to it, I think it looks OK though, better than Capcom's fucking over bloomed shit.
PS: you can clearly tell the difference after he gets on the heli too, that part is a fixed angle that's only rendering certain parts while FMV is running in the background, it then transitions back to the gritty look again after he jumps down and is looking downwards, it's really different.

same, I also wish we got to see the actual machine, though I don't think they have a final hardware to show yet, but then again, you can fake a presentation, look at the Kinect shit MS did for example, but if you can find a higher quality video, just pay attention to the parts I mentioned, and it'll make sense to you.

Actually at 2:10 a transition is pretty obvious so for a bit before that he must be in full control. Also right after the explosion if you look in the background you can see a few people just disapear. Guess we could just wait another day for a second playthrough but nah.
