thats only if your counting gflops, what about CPU, ram speed, amount of ram and type of ram, it's more like a 10x jump.

In most games the GPU will be the bottleneck, especially in next gen (and especially if devs make 1080p the standard), so I wouldn't dare to say the PS4 in general is 10 times more powerful than the Wii U.
