There really is no magical surprise here. The next consoles are defined by their existing clientele. Of course there will be the complete MS hoopla about Kinect, but don't expect any miracles, neither from Sony nor from MS.

They're gonna need something more though, lest they run the risk of being outdone (or seemingly outdone) in their primary field of supremacy; online.
