1. Well its a portable so there's that.
2. In case you forgot, Vita was priced equal to the 3DS but Nintendo chickened out and did a massive price drop.
3. Handhelds are handhelds. Not much you can do with innovation. It's all about the must-have games and Vita is lacking in those.

1) Yes, a portable gaming system made by Sony. It isn't like they decided to start selling houses. They have tons of experience with gaming systems including the PSP which started off much stronger than what Vita is doing.

2) That has absolutely nothing to do with my posts. I didn't bring up the 3DS at all. The point was that Vita was priced too high, so was the 3DS which is why they Price Cut. The difference is that Sony couldn't Price Cut that soon because unlike Nintendo, Sony wasn't making buckets of money off each Vita sold.

3) You can certainly have innovation with Handhelds. Of course the innovation will only go so far without great games that utilize it well just like with consoles.

None of your 3 points had much to do with what I said in my previous post though. I was simply saying that based off of past systems, Sony likes the powerful tech and high price strategy. Again, not really a bad thing just more risky. To say that Sony won't repeat the same "mistakes" again is being hopeful because I don't think Sony views them as mistakes.
