It's just the standard Mayonaisse or Mayo, not the fake healthy kind but the real oil + egg yolk + vinegar base.

Another favorite, frikandel speciaal met patatje sate saus.

deep fried minced meat hot dog, cut open with mayonaise, ketchup and onions, plus fries with a spicy peanut butter based saus.

Looks really nice. I'm getting hungry now...
