Unlikely, game was sort of in Bayonetta's scenario. Game was canned and was given to Platinum to finish. Plus one of the Platinum execs mentioned they wanted to start looking into PC now so I doubt a PC budget was given for it before. Wikipedia said that they'd look into a PC release after the console versions get out. So I personally wouldn't get my hopes up.
