That imo would be a much more efficient use of your money.

If you don't want to overclock, I'm sure other people will post. Are you going to sell your i7?

Overclocking didn't pass my mind for my CPU.  Sounds like a good idea, probably will go the stock air option to be a cheap ass.  Tho some peeps are saying OCing to 3.6 GHz is fine just on stock air (crazies saying 4, livin life on the edge).
