It just has locations (New york), dates, times, and stuff we already know. Nothing about PS4... Also, even if it is in Japanese, chances are, PS4, will still have the "PS4" ancronym. Or, it'll be written in all caps, "PLAYSTATION 4," or, finally, it'll be written in katakana...
"プレイステーション4" None of these are the case, though.
