So the only game I want is AC3 as I already have ZombiU and none of the rest interest me. WHERE'S MY RAYMAN!!!!!!

eShop $41.99 plus local tax and its a digital copy but I get Nintendo Club points and 10% back.
Gamestop $39.99 plus local tax and its fucking gamestop and their everything is actually open BS.
eBay ~$34.
I guess I'll do eShop this Friday as its a good deal when you consider no game laying around and I get the 10% back which brings its price closer to the eBay price. Thus, I'd rather buy new. Man this game plus its DLC will take a chunk out of my available 25GBs of space.
EDIT: AC3 will take about 17GB of space I guess. Not sure if that includes its patches and such. Wow. I will need an external drive soon. Buying full retail eats up some space.
