The iPhone/iPod Touch doesn't have protection for its screen and people don't seem to be complaining about that. And if the shoulder buttons are angled in, they would be quite useful. I think the PSP2 needs to lose the UMD and adopt a look like this. Of course, such a design does focus the platform on movie watching and other multimedia features since the game controls are 'hidden', but the overall look is quite nice. Add a touch screen and it could take on the iPod Touch. Add built-in Skype and look out iPhone.
Numbers are like people. Torture them enough and you can get them to say anything you want.
