Beat Zico. That Trophy is friggin' brutal. You'll need to have an absolutely perfect lap and perform crazy moves on every corner. It took me hours and hours but finally I made it somehow. I tried to do it again at a friend's Ps3, but never dit it.
Zone Zeus is also one of the hardest Trophies I've ever earned. At Mach 1 the game gets so effin fast, you just can't handle it. Took me also hours. Wipeout HD is definitely one if thehardest games ever when it comes to trophies and I feel nothing but deep respect for every Gamer who got a Platinum on that one.
Besides Wipeout, I'm a little proud of my Killzone 2 Plat. I also did countless hours of Grinding for the Final Fantasy XIII Platinum. But both aren't really that hard, just takes some time.
