I was confused by the Controller Fragmentation - unless they are referring to Kinect/Non-Kinect systems. While it is often hated here, Kinect has been a great success, selling more than the original Xbox in about half the time. It is quite useful for many things, it's own games, and can enhance games - like Skyrim.
I think to be best utilized, Kinect 2.0 should be included in all systems. Just like the WiiU has a tablet in all systems - so games can be designed to use it's features. They really *must* do this to make it effective. And since I thought the original only cost something like $50 in hardware - it shouldn't effect the system too much as most of the cost is software/research. (And prices on HD Cameras have fallen since thing.)
Always on would not be a good thing for many reasons. What if you take it to a friends and they don't have internet?
