So it would seem, doesn't really make a lot of sense. 

3G costs jack to put into the Vita, essentially it was a way to extract more profit. They should have had 3G in every system from the start.

But isn't it just the price of the WiFI model now? Sure, it's nice, but I'm not sure if people will buy it now it supports 3G at the WiFi price. Could be wrong, though.
